Payment Options and Final Forms

All Marching Band members need to be registered in Final Forms before the end of the first week of band camp.  Physicals can be uploaded directly in Final Forms as well.  Boosters will be available during registration the first week of camp if you have questions or need assistance.

2025–2026 Marching Band Fees

The base fee for the 2025–2026 Marching Band season is $360.00.

Payment Options:

• Credit card via Zeffy during in-person registration

• Check or cash during in-person registration

• Online through the registration/payment link shared via the Remind app and Booster Band app
  
  

Payment Plans & Scholarships:

No student is turned away due to financial need. Payment plans and scholarships are available to anyone who requests them—no financial documents required.
Please visit the Financial Aid table during registration, July 21st–23rd, to learn more or to request assistance.
This year, payment plans can also be set up directly through Zeffy.

Additional Costs:
Depending on your section, there may be additional fees for required shoes:

• Marching band shoes – $40

• Color guard shoes – $25
